2011 ANNUAL UABA CONVENTION - Cancun, Mexico

You will enjoy a great conference and a lot of friends, at a tremendous price.  This is ALL-INCLUSIVE (see below for list of inclusions)  Participants will be exempt from the usual 11% VAT (see below for details).

UKRAINIAN PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND MEMBERS INVITED
The UABA is extending an open invitation to other Ukrainian professional organizations and their delegate/members to join us. Please join us and take advantage of  the opportunity to meet with fellow professionals and contribute to our program, while taking advantage of a unique get-away opportunity at an excellent rate for an all-inclusive resort.

Run of House Room:
•           100.00 per person, per day  (Double occupancy)
•           168.00 per person, per day     (Single occupancy)
Run of Ocean Room:
•           113.50 per person, per day    (Double occupancy) 
•           195.00 per person, per day    (Single occupancy)
Junior Suite:
•           127.00 per person, per day    (Double occupancy)
•           222.00 per person, per day    (Single occupancy)

Convention Fee
The Convention fee is $55.00 for all participants, except Students, who are free.  All UABA members must be current on their dues to participate in the convention.
All persons attending the UABA as guests (as members of other Ukrainian professional organizations) must still pay the $55. fee.  A single fee will also cover the attendee’s spouse/significant other.

Deadlines
Please reserve early.  The earlier you reserve, the better rooms you will obtain.  Further, the resort has a block reserved, after which reservations are based on availability.   We may exceed the reserved block.  If the block is not exceeded, you have until October 13 to make reservations.    

Extended Stays
For those wanting to extend the opportunity, the above-quoted rates will be honored for period of  November 1 to November 10, 2011 (with the exception of upgraded suite rates which will only be applicable for the nights of Nov 2 to Nov 6, 2011).
The 0% VAT is available (by law) only for period of November 1 - 8, 2011.

Airport Transport
The resort does not provide airport transport.  Dunwoodie Travel will arrange for Tropical Incentives to handle airport transport. The cost is approx $15.00 per person, each way.

Tours in Cancun
The UABA is arranging tours that are private to the convention attendees, for Thursday November 3; Friday afternoon November 4, and Sunday November 6.  The specifics and costs will be posted shortly on UABA website.
